After the mess of the first weekend of Serie A, which had led DAZN to officially comment on the problems encountered by users, things seem to have gone a bit ‘better this weekend, which has divided in a different way: who has managed to see, last night, the Napoli-Milan wait and who did not even manage to access the application on his console or his Smart TV.
There were fewer complaints of low quality and relating to buffering, which appeared limited compared to what happened with Lazio-Napoli and Sassuolo-Inter. However, many have failed to log in because of a streaming application error, with social media assistance that did little to patch the problem.
As for this error, users (including us, ed) reported that the proposed solution did not solve it, since the crash occurred again at the restart of the app and also the device that hosted it.
Today another tweet has arrived, which ensures that the technicians are working to solve this new problem that has plagued DAZN users during yesterday’s games.
In the meantime, even the institutional service account has tried to propose DIY solutions for the problems that could possibly derive from the connection of the users, getting however not really enthusiastic answers on the social networks.
Work in progress could guarantee the solution of access problems already today, in view of the Spal-Parma matches (6 pm) and Frosinone-Bologna (8:30 pm), which will be broadcast in exclusive live on DAZN.
