Dark Souls, good news for closed PC servers

Bandai Namco and FromSoftware finally have new updates on the status of the Dark Souls PC servers , as it’s time for a good news for gamers.

If for the Remastered edition servers of Dark Souls (you can find it on Amazon ) there will be no problems, the team has established that the original version of the soulslike must necessarily be abandoned.

So, several days after the online functionality of Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin was restored, the FromSoftware team has released the news that many have been waiting for.

The developers have announced that they have just restored the servers of Dark Souls Remastered , after having already restored those dedicated to the third chapter.

Through a post on the game’s social channels, the FromSoftware team in collaboration with Bandai Namco has finally restored the online features of the first chapter.

Dark Souls Remastered back to being able to use network features also on PC after a long absence, thus offering the public the complete experience also on the online front.

Below, the tweet confirming the news.

«The online features for the PC version of Dark Souls Remastered have been reactivated . We thank you once again for your patience, understanding and support », reads the post.

Staying on the subject, DS Nightfall , the fanmade sequel to the original title, has received an update that brings it closer to the famous Elden Ring .

But that’s not all: TinyBuild pixel artist Thomas Feichtmeir shared a screenshot of a real Dark Souls 3 in 2D pixel art, officially proposed to Bandai Namco but never officially released.

Finally, another Elden Ring fan recently spotted Ensha on the game’s official cover, kicking off a discussion about the meaning of the blockbuster game’s official cover.
