A new episode of the regular Call of Duty franchise will be released (as per tradition) by the end of 2021.
The success of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War , which hit shelves last year, goes hand in hand with the popularity of Call of Duty: Warzone’s battle royale .
Apparently, also by virtue of some not-so-reassuring rumors about the development of Call of Duty 2021 (especially its multiplayer), it seems that something about an extra chapter has now emerged well in advance.
Activision has released remasters of the classic Modern Warfare chapters, including the most recent Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Remastered released in 2020, with significantly improved graphics and animations.
Now, it appears that Activision is preparing for the release of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Remastered on multiple platforms.
At least, this is what emerged from a PlayStation Game Size tweet (via DualShockers ), which revealed that a new game was recently added to Activision database.

The game would have a size of 43,970GB and a PEGI rating of 17+. “We Love Dogs!” is the codename used for the title, which would be a little hint that it might be Modern Warfare 3 Remastered .
However, nothing excludes that it may also be the first Call of Duty Black Ops , although at the moment no confirmation (or denial) from Activision has yet arrived.
But not only: in recent weeks there was also rumor of an alleged remaster of the multiplayer of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 , although even in this case there are currently no confirmations appropriate.
It’s also true that just today, Call of Duty Warzone introduced its most unique weapon of all time, part of the package called Music Legend Mastercraft.
