Battlefield V and Fallout 76, digital sales disappoint

We have already talked about the difficulties in terms of revenue for Battlefield V , which have prompted Electronic Arts itself to revise down its expectations for the next financial quarter.

A new report by SuperData does not add more details to a situation not too florid for the title of DICE and another online game released in the same period, Fallout 76 .

In fact, in a survey in November, SuperData explains that Battlefield V has settled on 1.9 million units sold digitally, and Fallout 76 at 1.4 million.

These are not small figures, especially if we consider that both have been available for a couple of weeks in November, but they certainly are not up to forecasts.

The predecessors Battlefield 1 and Fallout 4, always in this time frame and on all the platforms (PC and console), they had done better than digital sales.

Sign c there is a very serious situation for developers to manage, and two products that may have to be re-launched in some way, even if they have a lot of potential.
