A feature much loved by fans of the series may return in Battlefield 6 , as spotted on social by fans.
Suddenly, in fact, the Twitter account of Battlelog , the social network-style feature launched by DICE with Battlefield 3 , is back active.
Battlelog was discontinued following the abandonment of the modern setting for the franchise, after being popular in Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline .
If this tweet means anything, a return could be in the works for the new chapter of the franchise, also rumored – we certainly do not imagine by coincidence – for a modern setting.
Deployed a fix for an issue where #battlelog didn’t recognize Battlefield game expansions (DLCs) which for some customers are provided as subscriptions from services such as EA Play. Thanks for the community reports! Oorah! ????. I mean, Like!

The tweet reveals the fix for a bug where Battlelog does not recognize the supported Battlefield game expansions, which is quite surprising considering that they have since been launched two main chapters such as 1 and V .
Sure, Battlefield 3 is popular again due to being included in the products offered for free to Amazon Prime subscribers last year, but that doesn’t seem to be enough. to justify a patch.
This would rather seem to suggest a return of functionality for the first next-gen game based on wartime intellectual property, or so the fans see it.
Battlelog was born as an external site (with a version also in-game but less extensive) that kept track of all the statistics of the players of Battlefield , such as the time spent on specific weapons or in vehicles, the number of overall wins, and so on. The site also included a community forum at the time.
Battlefield 6 is expected in the second half of the year on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PS4 , and should be a soft reboot whose official title we may have already discovered.
The reveal is scheduled for spring, so it shouldn’t be too long by now before we find out what it’s really going to be like.
If you want to take Battlefield V home, you still have time and you can do it at a great price on Amazon.
