Bandai Namco has published AW Phoenix Festival in Europe. The game is now available in digital version for PlayStation Vita via PlayStation Network. Based on the manga and animeThe Asterisk War: The Academy City on the Water, AW: PHOENIX FESTIVAL combines the courtship simulation mechanisms with those fighting in one game, adding an original storyline. In a post-apocalyptic twentieth century, the Invertia destroyed many cities of the Earth. To recover from the devastation of the cities are reorganized, including a named Rikka, also known as Asterisk, which houses 6 academies. In these schools, students have the Genestella,a kind of super powers, and compete in festivals called tournaments. In the course of this story players will embody Ayato Amagiri, one Academy student Seidoukan, or can create their own character. Between school life, training and participation in the Tournament Phoenix Festival, they encounter different NPCs, tighten friendships and find love.
