A few days ago, we reported an issue in which they were encountering PC gamers of Dark Souls III: several of them, in fact, reported to have been banned withoutapparent reason, and had pointed out the problem to Bandai Namco. We discussed it in our news. The publisher has then proceeded to spread an official comment, posted to the website Kotaku, by clarifying investigations currently underway: “our team will verify the information of their account [of users affected, ed] to see if the players are served by some hack or trick, or if it was just a false positive,” explaineda spokesman. The authors also reported that it is useless to try to uninstall and reinstall the game, because the problem remains unchanged “until the server team will not have had enough time to analyze data related to you.” Please note that Dark Souls III is currently available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
