Arcade Archives, future release will change due to Coronavirus

> Arcade Archives series by Hamster is quite popular for Nintendo Switch , as it allows us to get our hands on every week Nintendo eShop , to a classic arcade title. Among them, we can find Double Dragon , Double Dragon II: The Revenge , Bubble Bobble , In The Hunt , Rygar , Road Fighter , Punch-Out !! , Super Dodge Ball , Track & Field and many more. Apparently, the current Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic could affect future releases.

Indeed, during the last live stream on Niconico, the software house anticipated some changes due to the closure of the Japanese institution CERO . In fact, this will make it impossible to obtain the proper classification of his games, causing several changes to the programming of the releases.

Hamster currently holds the Guinness World Record as the company that has released games on Nintendo eShop for the most consecutive weeks ( 160 right now ).

Obviously, the company will do everything possible to continue offering, as in the past, a new game every week, but the current situation will make it difficult to keep a steady pace.

Recall that it has recently been confirmed that Gemini Wing , shooter of Tecmo , will be part of the line up.

In addition to the Nintendo Switch, the collection is also available for other platforms, including Sony Playstation 4 .
