An indie developer aged only 32 has died

Bad news has come in these hours, relating to the premature death of a talented indie videogame author.

Fahmi , creator of the indie Coffee Talk , sadly passed away at the age of just 32. The causes of death have not been disclosed (via NE ).

The following message was posted last night on the game’s official Twitter account:

«We have received the devastating news that Fahmi, the creator and writer of Coffee Talk, is dead. May he his soul rest in peace, and our hearts are with his family and his loved ones “.

Fahmi began her gaming career at Gameloft, later joining Toge Productions. While working as head of marketing and PR at Toge, he came up with the idea of ​​ Coffee Talk .

As per the official description, in the game you have to listen to the problems of others and help them by serving them a hot drink with the ingredients you have available.

It’s a title that tries to portray our lives in the most human way possible, but through characters who are more than human.

Fahmi then founded Pikselnesia studio, responsible for What Comes After and the upcoming Nintendo Switch title Afterlove EP .

Fellow Traveler, the publisher of Afterlove EP, wrote the following on Twitter: «Fahmi was a unique and inspiring voice and we feel lucky to have met him. We are devastated by this loss and will miss it very much. ”
