The countdown began: in less than two weeks he will return to Xbox (and not only, since you can preordinate him for PS5 on Amazon) the expected Gears of War: Reloaded, and precisely in view of the exit at the end of August, the complete list of objectives has been revealed.
The Trueachievements portal has in fact confirmed that Reloaded will propose 56 objectives, or the same already present in the Ultimate Edition of Gears of War released in 2015, making the historians of the series irritated that they expected something more from this new edition.
Few news on the horizon
At the level of gameplay, nothing new under the sun: the challenges range from the completion of the tutorial, to having to use the reflector as protection from the Kryll, up to the famous feat of killing 10,000 opponents in Versus matches.
The fact that the list is the same as the Ultimate Edition, as far as he generated complaints, was more than predicable since this new edition was built primarily to allow players of other platforms to be able to discover a saga that has always remained on a total prerogative that Xbox players and PC players. 
To emphasize this aspect, Microsoft has in fact given the reloaded version to all the owners of the Ultimate Edition on Xbox (even if on a very specific condition), clearly suggesting that it is a technical upgrade and nothing more.
Gears of War Reloaded, in fact, takes up the Ultimate Edition and improves its textures, extends the 120 fps frameral in the multiplayer and introduces the cross-play support and cross-progress. In short, an operation clearly designed to act as a forerunner at the next Gears of War E-Day.
Outgoing on August 26, 2025, Gears of War: Reloaded will arrive on Xbox Series X | S, PC and, for the first time in the history of the franchise, also on PlayStation 5 and on Steam (with attached complete support, and compatibility certification, for Steam deck).
