PS5 is the most requested object in the world of video games, with its two versions that soon could become three.
Despite the now infamous stock problems , which led Amazon to sell consoles by invitation only, it seems that Sony will join a new model to the PS5 brace already in trade.
Italy , in particular, is loving the PlayStation 5 very much, because it is one of the countries where there are more gamers who are passionate about the console.
Sony is doing everything to make sure it can sell its console in the best possible way, even making huge investments on the production side.
If the two PlayStation 5 models go out of stock, there could be a third to expand Sony’s already satisfying offering, at least according to the strong sales.
As Tom Henderson reports through its new platform, Sony intends launch a new PlayStation 5.
Insider source states that September 2023 will launch a new revision of PS5 will have nearly identical hardware to consoles already existing, but with a particularity.
The console, currently renamed chassis D , will have a removable disk drive . The hard drive will be connected to the PlayStation 5 through an additional USB-C port on the back.
Also the same source stated that although the new removable hard drive is portable, it shouldn’t spoil the aesthetics of the console and will stick to it without almost appearing external.
There is no visual evidence of any kind to support this information, but September 2023 is a plausible period for some sort of console overhaul, given the time since release.
Meanwhile, Sony is pushing it aesthetically, because the recently announced new personalization kit is downright aggressive and not at all sober.
