Via press release, Nintendo has announced a very special new adventure title that will land on Switch next October 18th. We are talking about Ring Fit Adventure , which uses two new accessories that transform physical exercises into real moves.

In the title the players will explore a fantasy world full of enemies to be dealt with by squat, abs and more.

The Ring-Con and the leg band, which is the two new accessories included in the pack, detect and measure the movements of the players in the real world and turn them into actions in the game world.

By training various parts of the body you can then continue on the main adventure. Ring Fit Adventure will consist of more than 20 worlds, in which players will be able to run on the spot, jump, float in the air or row, use the Ring-Con accessory.
