It has a lot of punk energy and it was written by an American, so it seems right to make it in America.”\r\n\r\nMeanwhile, the game’s associate director Pawel Sasko offered a number of examples of why the original Cyberpunk 2077 didn’t feel authentic, considering it was set in America.\r\n\r\n«For example, manhole covers covering the streets, right? There was a post with a guy saying that there was an immersion breaking bug in Cyberpunk, and the bug was that the manhole covers for the sewers were the manhole covers that are normally used in Europe, in Germany , for a sidewalk.\r\nThese are not the manhole covers that are normally covered on the streets in America.
