Interviewed by British colleagues Eurogamer.net site, Phil Spencer talked about the line-up of games that Microsoft introduced during his Conference, responding to a journalist who wanted to know why there were few AAA signed Microsoft on stage — which were supposed to push users to make an Xbox One X.
“On this show we wanted to focus on games that we’ll be playing within the next year. We are focusedon Xbox One S and Xbox One X, and the games that we play on. We showed Crackdown, which looks amazing: it will be there at launch of Xbox One X and it will be a great sponsor for the console. Of course then there is also Sea of Thieves. I also believe that State of Decay has presented very well, some have played the first but many no: now we are giving this game time he needs to be able to do everything a State of Decay should, because for us it’s a franchiseimportant. Then, we even showed Strength. “
“To be honest, I’m very happy that we didn’t have to pull out Gears and Halo just to say ‘ hey, folks, we’ve got them. People know that in our portfolio there are also these games, we are also working on other things that are out of this list, “responded Spencer.
We remind you that Xbox One X will debut the next 7 November at the price of €499.
