Microsoft’s subscription service today welcomes two new titles to its catalogue, with a particularly significant addition for action fans: Ninja Gaiden 4 is available from launch day for owners of Xbox Series
Alongside the fourth episode of the Ninja Gaiden series, Evil West also returns to the catalogue, an action shooter set in an alternative American West infested by vampires. The title had already been present in the service but was removed about six months ago, and now it makes its return to give a second chance to players who missed it.

As for Ninja Gaiden 4, the game represents the return of one of the most iconic action franchises in the video game industry. The developers promise an experience that blends the classic legacy of the series with modern innovations, offering fast-paced combat and a distinctive style that has always characterized these titles. The Ninja Adventure is available exclusively to Ultimate plan subscribers, accessible on Xbox Series X|S, PC and via cloud gaming.

Evil West, on the other hand, offers a decidedly particular setting that mixes the western genre with horror and supernatural elements. Players take on the role of one of the last agents of a secret institute dedicated to hunting vampires, committed to protecting the United States from a dark threat emerging from the shadows. The gameplay promises to transform the protagonist into a sort of Wild West superhero, combining shooter action and close combat to eliminate the vampire threat.

The availability of the two games varies depending on the subscription plan chosen. While Ninja Gaiden 4 requires the Ultimate subscription to play, Evil West is also accessible with Premium plans and can be enjoyed on console, PC and through the cloud service. This distinction reflects Microsoft’s strategy of reserving first-party productions to launch exclusively at the highest subscription tier.
