Like every month, also in September, subscribers to PlayStation Plus will be able to download a new selection of games without additional costs. Sony has just revealed the qualifications that will become part of the service line-up, confirming the arrival of new experiences for all members of the Essential plan.
The announcement arrives in line with tradition, which sees the new games made available from the first Tuesday of the month: this time it is September 3, 2025, the day when the subscribers will be able to redeem and download the new titles.
Here is the complete list of games confirmed today by Sony:
Psychonauts 2, the acclaimed platform adventure of Double Fine that mixes exploration, surreal humor and psychic powers on a journey into the most bizarre minds.
Startew Valley, the famous indie management that allows you to transform an abandoned farm into a prosperous farm, between crops, farms and village life.
Viewfinder, the puzzle game that plays with perspective and photography, in which the images taken become real objects within the scenarios.
As always, once redeemed, the games will remain available in their digital library, as long as they keep the PlayStation Plus subscription active.
In August, Essential subscribers were able to add a truly varied and impactful titles of titles to their library.
Lies of P (here our review), the Soulslike challenge inspired by Pinocchio, immediately conquered fans with its technical combat and the Gothic setting, confirming itself one of the most appreciated surprises of the service.
Alongside, Dayz, Survival Multiplayer set in a post-apocalyptic world, pointed out, in which each game becomes a desperate struggle for survival.
There has also been room for soul lovers with My Hero One’s Justice 2, 3d fighting game taken from My Hero Academia, who brought spectacular clashes to the screen between heroes and villain of the series.
These games, redeemable starting from August 5, will be available until 1 September 2025, the last day useful for adding them to their digital library.
