League of Legends will host a part of the story present in the future of Arcane, at least according to what emerges from the new trailer which tells the news of the 2025 season of the Riot Games moba.\r\nThe company has in fact launched a new cinematic trailer a few hours ago ago, again by the faithful studio Fortiche, already author of Arcane, in which the story behind the 2025 season of League of Legends is presented.\r\nThe season will begin on January 9th and will focus on Noxus, one of the main political empires in the world of Runeterra, a theme already explored in the second season of Arcane with the character of Ambessa and Mel’s storyline.\r\nAnd it is precisely the latter, who will be a character playable in the future, to be part of the new trailer that you can see below (or at this link).\r\n\r\nIn the video, made with the same care with which we were able to admire the aforementioned Arcane, it shows different stories intertwined. From Katarina to Elise passing through the Noxian Darius who faces the ice troll Trundle.\r\nThere is also the aforementioned Mel who seems to return to Noxus, just as happens in the finale of the Netflix series. Furthermore, in the final part of the trailer we see the characters of Vladimir and LeBlanc, members of the Black Rose mentioned in Arcane (how much confirmation do we still need?), who clearly refer to the events of the Netflix series with phrases such as «exploit the opportunity that is arrived on our shores” and “Piltover was a lesson”.\r\nGiven that some spin-offs of Arcane are in the pipeline, it is likely that the trailer launched today by Riot Games showed us some of the characters from the new show Fortice on League of Legends.\r\nAlso because, speaking of mere money, assets like this are not only used for the promotional film of a game update.\r\nFor other news from the world of League of Legends, the the Riot Games giant couldn’t miss out on the physical collectible card game either. It’s called Project K and you can find all the details here.
