The recent appearance on Amazon of the physical version of an alleged The Lara Croft Collection for Switch has attracted the attention of fans, leading some to suspect an inadvertent leak regarding a remastered version of the trilogy Legend, Anniversary, Underworld (which we will now call LAU ).\r\nThe product description mentioned “remastered graphics and updated controls” and included references to the LAU trilogy games (which can be found in the PS3 version on Amazon), which immediately made people think of an announcement anticipated.\r\nOn Reddit, however, a moderator pointed out that product descriptions on Amazon often have errors or confusing content, sometimes generated by artificial intelligence that mixes information from various sources.\r\nHe explained that the reference to the remastered trilogy could be the result of an error, as Amazon is known for inaccurate descriptions, especially for video games, films and TV series.\r\n\r\nAlthough a remastered version of the LAU trilogy is indeed highly anticipated by fans and even hinted during the 25th anniversary celebrations of the saga, this particular announcement does not represent a confirmation.\r\nThe moderator therefore suggested that the community not to interpret this list as a leak, but as a technical error.\r\nHa It is also recommended to report the description as inaccurate, to prevent other users from drawing hasty conclusions on the possibility of an imminent announcement of a remastered trilogy.\r\nAnd here the usual carousel: between AI exchanging titles and descriptions botched, the fans’ hype is exploited and disillusioned.\r\nAt the moment, the only – new – confirmed trilogy is in fact that of Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered arriving in February, which apparently will have a much loved mode (plus much more).\r\nBut that’s not all: you have also read that Amazon is officially in negotiations with Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner for the role of Lara Croft in the Amazon TV series dedicated to Tomb Raiders?
