Independent developer Vivid Helix today announced that its contemplative puzzle game in parallel, Semispheres, will be available from September 14 on eShop for Nintendo Switch in Europe and North America. Semispheres is a 2D puzzle game with a synth-led soundtrack composed by Sid Barnhoorn, author of Antichamber and The Stanley Parable music, which offers a challenge based on two realities. In fact, with a particular stylebicyclic graph divided between blue and orange shades, in the game you will need to bring together two parallel worlds. In Semispheres, each analogue lever controls a different avatar in settings that might at first seem identical, but that actually reveal deep differences, crucial to progress. Portals allow avatars to move to their own realities, creating some diabolically complex inter-dimensional puzzles, to be solvedthey will require methodical planning and perfect execution. However, there will also be some tension for the presence of some watchdogs who oversee the various levels. To find a safe passage and resynchronize the worlds, you will not have to be discovered by avoiding their visual field. With more and more complex puzzles and levels, Semispheres offers a real challenge for both enthusiasts and casual gamers.
