PG Esports, the brand that manages all the Esports projects of the Campus Fandango Club, has announced its participation in the RomeVideoGameLab from May 4th to 6th for the launch of the new season of University Esports Series (UES).

In fact, UES signs Rome Live Regional, a format that will see the teams of the Roman universities compete in a League of Legends tournament and one in Hearthstone. The strategic card game by Blizzard Entertainment debuts this year for the first time among the titles offered in the Italian Esports championship.

During the three days there will be meetings with players in the world of competitive gaming and entertainment opportunities for the public, with community match to play live and live an unforgettable experience. On the occasion of the Rome Live Regional, the university students present can apply to be part of a team of their university and thus earn a place from players to the subsequent competitions organized by UES.

University Esports Series contributes to the development of a network that allows videogames enthusiasts to represent their university through gaming. In particular, it builds multi-year game programs that can involve students of any competitive level; creates events and activities that increase the socialization and sense of belonging of the students and tells the emotions and the atmosphere that are in the DNA of the UES ecosystem.

Rome Video Game Lab is a laboratory dedicated to experimentation held in the frame of Cinecittà. The initiative is by Istituto Luce Cinecittà in co-production with QAcademy social enterprise, and in collaboration with ITA (Italian Trade Agency) and Aesvi (Association of Italian video game publishers and developers).
