Afterbirth, the major new expansion for The Binding of Isaac, will be available for PC gamers as of October 30 while console users will have to wait a little 'more time. The announcement came directly from Edmund McMillen, creator of the title, who also confirmed that the expansion will add more than 100 hours of gameplay to the base game.
